Dr. Rachel Kelsey (Weigel), MD was born and raised in Minnesota before moving to Arizona in 2020 to complete her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Banner University Medical Center–Phoenix. She is excited to join the outstanding team of physicians and providers at Central Phoenix Women’s Healthcare.

Dr. Kelsey is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care built on trust, respect, and evidence-based medicine. She considers it a privilege to care for women during some of the most important moments of their lives and values building lasting relationships with her patients. She believes the best care comes from listening carefully, providing evidence-based recommendations, and partnering with women to make informed decisions that align with their individual health goals.

She enjoys caring for women through every stage of life, from adolescence through menopause. Her clinical interests include preventive gynecology, contraceptive management, fertility counseling, prenatal care, postpartum wellness, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Kelsey loves being a mom and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, dabbling in photography, and being outdoors.
